Telus Just Won't Quit -- Telemarketing harrasement from 310-2255 continues!!

In December 2007, we warned Telus to stop all telemarketing.

My December 2007 efforts apparently were not enough to get Telus to quit.

Many times in September 2008, I received calls from 310-2255. On September 25, I answered the call and spoke with Jason Chilelli at the call center working for Telus. Jason tells me that they don't have a do not call record for my number from his call center. Jason goes through the motions to take me off the list for future calls and gives me the number 1-800-567-0000 to be removed from more lists.

On September 25, 2008, I also asked the people at 800-567-0000 why I was still being called by Telus

On December 14th, at 9:36AM PST, 905-310-2255 shows on my calling line id, and its Joline from Telus Telemarketing. Joline is ever so apologetic about calling again but Joline does say they have 30 days for the remove from the Telemarketing list to take effect!!
The answer was that Telus doesn't have any record of the December 2007 event -- apparently the call center had to send an e-mail and didn't... or some feeble excuse. Or does Telus just periodically flush all DO NOT CALL requests so that they can try their luck again?

I strongly feel abused by Telus and I do need compensation for my troubles. Before going further, I invite Telus offer compensation. Specifically, on September 25, 2008, I have invited a Telus superviser to call me back to discuss. I was told to expect a call on Monday, September 28, 2008.
